What you will need:oils of your choice, shower cap and towel.

Step 1. Heat the Oil

Heat the Oil by placing it in a glass container and then put the container in a small bowl of very Hot water.

Step 2. Apply the Oil to Your Hair, Starting at the Scalp.

Massage the oil into your scalp using fingertips. Working your way from roots to ends; massage all the hot oil into your hair.

Step 3. Cover your Head with Shower Cap and then a Hot Towel.

Wrap your hair with the towel and allow it to sit for 20 minutes. Once you’ve warmed and opened up the hair follicles and cuticles, the oil’s going to continue sinking in no matter what.

Once your towel starts to get cold, just pull it off your head and let the natural heat from your scalp (under the shower cap) do the rest of the work.

Step 4. Wash it out.

Wash and rinse hair thoroughly. Style as usual.

Repeat every week. This will protect your hair from protein loss, and keep it smooth, shiny, and beautiful.

Look good. Love your Hair!
